I am so sorry I signed on for Via talk, 3 service tickets unanswered with the problems are still there, tried calling and we all now about the hold time.
Even when the other company dumped on the market, systems did not exist to maintain the level of service Via talk claimed to have. I am disgusted, annoyed, peeved and generally speaking out of here.
The only reason I signed up on this board was to vent, so thank you and too all good luck.

Clearly you haven't tried to call recently. I just called (non-priority) and was first in line. I hope you feel better now.

tried 3 times 1st I was number 22, 2nd I was number 24 and the last I was number 44. And once again I have 3 OPEN tickets that have not been anwsered since 8/30/07, oh and I had been on a VOIP phone service for 3 years prior with NO ISSUES, guess where I am taking my number too. As I said, I am out of this place and heading back to a company that knows how to take care of business.

I agree this service has declined beyond belief.

Vonage made record time in transferring my number, I will take there lawsuits over the slow service and line issues any day.

have you tried to use the forums for what they are really made for and really good at, resolving issues? I know it's easy to vent but the forums are actually really good for resolving your problems if you post them and ask for help. Or you can just vent.
