Anyone on host62 having MySQL issues (adding users?)

Is anyone on host62.hrwebservices.net having trouble adding users to MySQL databases?

While I can create databases, create users, and use any currently configured databases fine, it won't let me add a new user to a new database; it says "added user prefix_username to prefix_dbname", but when I refresh the page, there is still no user listed for the database and the program isn't able to connect.

I've tried several new users and databases, with the same and wildly different names, and nothing works.

Anyone mind sharing some insight, or how to do it manually? I've submitted a TT but have yet to receive a response.

I called HostRocket via the phone and was connected pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, a cPanel upgrade appears to have been the culprit, and the "add user to db" function doesn't seem to work anymore. They can add users over the phone, however, which is what I did. The db now works fine.

Yes, I am on that host and unable to add users. Which sucks because I had to drop my blog DB after a bad version of WordPress allowed a worm to corrupt my site.
