Just Installed - PAP2 Dropping offline ?

Hello,
Just installed my service. All went really really well, except that the PAP2 I have seems to go inactive after re-boot of PAP2 (after about 5 minutes). At that point, any incoming calls are met with the answering service. There is no dial tone on the phone at that point either.

Power re-setting seems to clear up the issue for another 5 minutes or so.

see if you have latest firmware for your pap2 and router

I had a similar problem due to incorrect router configuration. I also had the same problem if I used a "softphone" to make a call. Proper configuration of both solved both problems. I hope it is equally simple for you...
