Viatalk via Wireless Setup w/o Modem?

I will be going off the modem and onto neighbors internet access via wireless connection through USB. Hoping for some instructions on setting up my router (and/or my computer) so I can continue to use Viatalk.

XP/Netgear Router/External Antenna w/NIC through USB port
