I was thinking that I was the only one of the few who are suffering from 'non-support-ViaTali'itis'
But reading this forum here, it seems that everyone is having this problem.
WTH is ViaTalk doing? Are they just happy on getting all the money upfront and then disappearing? This is ridiculous.
VT guys, I know you are reading this, I was honestly giving you guys credit in the initial months, thinking ok, they are suffering from a high traffic due to SunRocket, but after 2 months, you should be up and running!
Why is the support SO NON EXISTENT?
