hi,
I'm used to majordomo or Mailing List V1.3 by cgi-factory.com . I am reading the manual for mailman and I have not finished yet.
I was wondering if anyone has done any of the following things
1 - i would like a simple subscribe unsubcribe interface on my main page- basicaly enter email address password and choose a radio button and hit submit- something simple the any dummy could work
2- can you subscribe or unsubscribe by sending email ( it does not look like you can from what i have seen so far)
3- set so members cannot post
4- set so no password email reminder- i would still have the link so members could get there password just not the monthly reminder- which i think would make members upset
or could I just not use mailman and use mailing list by cgi-factory i really do not want to do this anyway but has lots less features (good and bad )
thanks for any info and so far i'm very happy to be on host rocket if only so my email would work better.
