I just upgraded my hosting plan to the RocketFreedom plan so they moved my sites to a new server. I was told I would have to recreate my email accounts which I did for the main domain. However I can't seem to be able to do the same for the other two domains (which are listed as both domains and sub domains in the CP).

How can I do this? Its important because they are the published email addresses that clients contact me on.

Thks.

You setup the domains email through the main domain. Here is an example.

Lets say you have domain 123.com, abc.com, and xyz.com

And lets say you setup the email account admin@xyz.com.
If you try e-mailing admin@123.com it will also go to admin@xyz.com

So if you setup the email "webmaster" you automatically setup "webmaster" for all your domains.

I hope this helps a little, it is hard to explain in words how the system works.

I have "subdomains" set up.. so sitesuchandsuch.com
shows up as "sitesuchandsuch.maindomainname.com"

I set up an email like "name@maindomainname.com"
but it doesn't work for "name@sitesuchandsuch.com"
Would it be "name@sitesuchandsuch.maindomainname.com" ??

I wanted to set up an email that didn't show both domain names :(

Edited.. ok.. I just went back and read the instructions.. maybe the problem is that I didn't see the "will automatically go to.."
So .. I set up the second email to "forward" to my clients aol account..
but maybe what I have to do is set the "catch all" email to do that.
I'll give it a try.
