I will NOT pay one dime for my service.
I called and canceled two weeks ago, after waiting nearly an hour on the phone. The phone representative said we would be refunded the full amount. Yesterday, I got an email welcoming me to viatalk and telling me my equipment will be shipped out.
I will make sure everyone I know does not ever go with this horrible service. This is not the damn way you treat customers.
