Well, I have been officially screwed by Viatalk!!! I love how they use vague terms to make a promise. Like the answer I got about the ability to port my number. Since they said it “Shouldn’t be a problem” they can say no promise was giving and we will NOT give you a full refund. Many other business I have dealt with in the past would have gladly given a refund if the service would not have worked for the customer. I guess Viatalk does not follow the same practices and many reputable companies. Anyway, I have been screwed out of half my money and have learned a lesson. Never again will I sign up for a 1yr or more contract with these fly by night companies!!!
