Same here in Colorado and have been vacillating from being caller 44, 43, 42, 40, 45, 44, 40, 46 . . . for over twenty minutes for Tech Support. I can use my Softphone on my computer to call out but no incoming at all, no outgoing through my adapter, no calls going to VoiceMail at all and no Network Down Rollover. Last incoming call 11:09 AM MDT.
The real strange thing is that my adapter needed to be reset. I have never seen the lights on it the way they were. Once power cycled and it showed that it was as it should be I get no dial tone and stranger yet, no phone access to the Sipura Setup in the adapter to check status and settings. I can get into it via a web browser and the status is showing that all is fine. Also the adapter is really hot, it may be nothing though. It is plugged into a UPS with major protection.
With all that is not working this I KNOW it not on my end as I am normally told.
Looks like VT has tubed. Too many new customers on Brendan's "we've got plenty of room" network? Not knowing what they were doing? Could be a billion things. Never had this problem with Vonage.
40 minutes and only caller 36!!! "Woo Hoo, I'm almost to the promised land", said Moses.

After speaking to a CSR yesterday, and in our conversation I brought up the Houston outage. I was told that there was no outages that ANYONE knew of. When I said that even VTBrendan confirmed it, I was still told, "no there wasn't" and the it could be confirmed by several of his cubical mates.
Hmmmm.
And did this thread get short or is just me?
