Simply the worst, I signed up and within 24 hours realized the mistake I made. Nothing has shipped (of course my credit card was charged) and I've spent a week just trying to cancel service. Unanswered support tickets and 120 minute phone holds.

Tonight I called the support line and selected the #2 option for current customers...waited on hold for 90 minutes and gave up. called right back and chose the #1 option for new customers....my call was answered within 10 minutes.....they couldn't/wouldn't help me with my problem.....but had I wanted new service I'd of been all set.

I totally agree with you, this freaking company is stealing my money. i have 2 accounts, none of the line is working.....i can not believe how bad it got after the sunrocket crashed. if they can't handle business, simply close it down. damn.........

I could not agree with you more, occassionally I get busy signals when I make calls to people who I know are not on the telephone. I am a former Sun rocket customer and in three months have not received a unused months credit from Viatalk that they offered. It took them forever to get my equipment to me and they never answer the telephone, you are caller number 35 in list of callers waiting...Once my year is up I am moving on.
