Hello Everyone,

We have been using VTWhite since the Beta of the service. So Iain wanted me to show our settings so that you could maybe get yours off the ground.. I figured the best way to show is to actually take a screen shot of the settings in the WEB GUI so that you know what exactly goes where.

Below is the Trunk Settings

Below is the Outbound Route Settings

Now in the Inbound Route settings you just put in the DID Number your phone number in 11 digit format so include the 1 :) then towards the bottom you select where you want incoming calls to go we have ours set to go to IVR... If you need any help don't hesitate to get ahold of me.

Hi,

I wanted to chime in here.

Wesley, a technical support rep at ViaTalk states that they do NOT support, FreePBX, Elastix, Trixbox or VoipNow.

What I would do is go with another provider who does. Most providers will support these front-ends to asterisk.

My thought is if the "other guys" support asterisk and Via:Talk does not, you are much better going with another company.

Problem is they do not have any configuration information for Trixbox: Here is what their answer were.
