After waiting for weeks to actually get the PAP2Ts for the two accounts I signed up (myself and my brother), I must say that I am happy with the quality of the calls I have made and received. There are also plenty of calling features, and though I haven't tried them all yet I am sure that I will soon enough.
There are some downsides, though...I had really thought that the two phone lines meant two phone lines. That was the thing that convinced me to order, and I am a bit disappointed with that, though I can live without it. Soon enough, my brother will need a second line, and I am not looking forward to paying extra for that. I've also had some issues with the voice mail message cutting out, but that is really something I am not too worried about. Finally, I wish I would have been told up front that there are additional monthly fees...I was led to believe that $199 was all I would have to pay for one year of service.
All in all, I think that I made a good choice. For the price I am paying, I am getting reliable service, and I also don't have to deal with BellSouth. I just wish that some things were different...
