New user - no dialtone

just setup my system and can get no solid green light for the phone line. Power is green, Internet light blinks periodically. Tried unplugging, recycling my cable modem and wireless router (Linksys WRT54GS) but no luck. Still the same situation. Any suggestions?

several others of us aren't getting a dial tone tonight... hopefully the service will be up soon

its not that I don't have dial-tone just now - I've never had it since I got the VOIP router 4 days ago.:mad:

Is it a VT PAP2 or your own? When you log in to device does it say "Can't connect to server" or something similar?

Its a VT PAP2. Still nothing changed.
