I just tried to use the Braincast:Beta username/password form from my ViaTalk Account Management page. I was instructed to enter a username and password, then click Update, and then clicked Login to Braincast. The Braincast login screen returned Invalid Login or Password. So does the auto-create function not work?
The instructions seem rather straight-forward. Please advise

You must make sure to check your email (including your junk email) and confirm your email address from the Welcome Email that was sent to you. This will activate your account. Hope that helps!

Additionally, there is nothing in the auto-create form that mentions any requirement to activate email. The Viatalk enrollment form clearly states that update of information from there and clicking the Login button will automatically log me in to Braincast. Here is the text from the Account Management page:
This page allows you to specify your Braincast username and password. Once they are set, you can click the "Login to Braincast" button and be logged in automatically.
BrainCast Beta provides you with a free, easy to use, internet & phone based message/memo recording & reminder organization system, compatible with any U.S. based cellular or regular telephone network.
This function, as documented, does not work. Additionally, no Welcome email was received. Your response does not resolve my reported issue, although I certainly appreciate receiving a response from VT.

As soon as you call the 800 number listed on the site, you will hear from the voice prompt about activating your email. I would suggest you try signing up again and check your email once you have done so.

In addition, when you create your account, in RED there will be a message under the login in section that says:
"Thanks for signing up! Please check your email to activate your account."
A did a test with my hotmail.com account and it goes straight to the junkmail, so make sure you check your junkmail and include the email braincast-activate@viatalk.com to your contacts.
Hope this help and hope you enjoy this free service!

I understand that you are trying to help; however, I never used the Braincast Register link (see attachment braincast-reg.jpg because the directions on my Viatalk account management page implied that entering a username and password there will automatically create the Braincast account (see attachment braincast-from-vtacct.jpg.
However, having reviewed all of these pages again, I see that I presumed too much intelligence on the part of the form. English can be such a difficult language, so easily misinterpreted. Obviously, one must FIRST register with Braincast before adding that registration information into the ViaTalk account management page.
Perhaps a link to register for braincast on the VT page would be useful
