I have sent a couple of request to the custormer service billing dept and haven't recieved any type of reply. I ported 2 numbers from SR to VT and that was done within two weeks, but I just got billed 3.95 for the 2nd number I ported. I don't need 3 lines and have ask that the temp viatalk number be removed but that hasn't been done yet. With out waiting on hold for 2 hours does anyone know if they are answering the billing questions yet? I realize they are extremely busy with SR going out of business and understand the problems with taking so long to get equipment but does that have anything to do with the billing support team or it the Customer Service dept and billing and shipping dept all ONE DEPT.

The $3.95 fee is for your second virtual number.

You only get one phone number per account. Any additional numbers is $3.95/month.
