Viatalk password to innomedia

I tried to unlock the innomedia gizmo. I've typed the password from the Viatalk email. But when I hit the save icon it won't accept the password. I'm computer illiterate but learning. Anyone with suggestions. Thanks

Not sure what you are asking here. Are you saying you are trying to log in to the gizmo using the password VT provided you? If this is the case you're WAY off base.

I went through the unlock process. Got to VOIP user account. Typed in 11 digit phone number from viatalk email. Deleted password in the password slot. Typed in password from Viatalk email press save and it goes back to the 18 digit password that I deleted. Anyone had this problem?

Also I have two different instuctions on which to check or uncheck "Use outbound Proxy" box. Mihir Gandi's Blog says to uncheck, BBR says to check box. I've tried it both ways, still don't work.

does not matter if you 10 or 15 or no password - it's always going to deceive you of the number of letters involved - get it?
