Hi,

1. I have signed-up for the phone service on 8/01/2007. My Credit card is charged but I haven't received the equipment. Let me know when I will receive it?

2. Also, I was a SunRocket customer and since i haven't received my order, can i temporary used the Sunrocket linksys router and configure viatalk with it? I don't have any dial tone on my phone.....It's been more than 8 days i placed my order.
Need help with the configuration on router SPA2102-R or AD1210.5C

3. Why i was charged for the equipment?
