adapter? welcome letter?

I did not receive anything from via-talk except an invoice.
I am wondering if I will ever get the adapter and I can't seem to figure out how to reconfigure my SR adapter?!?!

Is your SR Gizmo a AC-211-SR?
Have you unlocked your Gizmo?

I was in the same situation... If you are technically savy, you'll be able to follow the threads and get your SunRocket Gizo unlocked. You can also download free softphones and use them.

One frustration you have left - you need to call tech support and wait in queue for 2-4 hours just to ask them to send your welcome letter. If you don't, you won't receive the letter until the new ATA ships.

My story:
Ordered 7/18, finally got welcome letter on 8/7 (after waiting on hold in total of over 10 hours to talk to someone!!! - not all VT fault - my fault for having a battery go dead on one call and me hanging up once after 3 hours and going UP in queue rather than down), still waiting for device to ship. Using SunRocket Gizmo and Softphone with happy results.
