We will be upgrading to a new billing system today. This new system will allow you to securely view your past billing history as well as view your next billing date and account info through your control panel. You will also be able to modify your billing information through your control panel.
During this upgrade we will be moving all the clients from the old system over to the new one, and interfacing our support systems with the new backend. When we do this the back tickets in the system will not be viewable any longer from rocketsupport.com. New tickets submitted after the upgrade will again be saved for later online viewing.
We tried to get this upgrade done late tonight but its like 4am and we're all pretty tired :) It will get done as soon as possible tomorrow. There might be a slight lapse in support during this upgrade time. Please only send in emergency tickets until we get the transfer completed later today.
There will also be some upgrades made to the features that come with the new packages when this upgrade is made. The details be posted on our site later today.
