Host 13 went down a few minutes ago and should be back up any minute.

I just switched to hostrocket for about 10 days, and now my site has been down for 2 times. When it's down, I tried to call the admin but they hang up.

Oh god.

Having a server go down for a reboot for one reason or another twice in 10 days is while not what we aim for, still within the 99.5% uptime guarantee. When we have a server down you can rest assured that we definatly know about it within 1 minute, and often if were working on it we dont answer the phone because it just makes fixing things harder to be on the phone at the same time. Noone ever notices the server being up 35 days straight before those 10 days.

Of course not! We're too busy not noticing that the reason the script isn't working is because we forgot the ; at the end of the line. :)

Thanks for all the hard work, guys!

Although I complain, but I have to say thank you to bring the server up, and the fast support .

Funny you should say that. I've just joined HR, am on host13, and the very first thing I did when I logged in was type "uptime" - 39 days. So there are strange people out there who notice. Actually it seemed like a fairly obvious thing to do to try gauge the reliability of ones new host. I was impressed, noticed the next day it had been rebooted though. Not as impressed anymore though, doesn't seem like my domain registration is happening (I have sent a ticket though..)
