I'm sick of this.

I signed up a couple weeks ago and have STILL not had any replies to my tickets about LOAs and Billing.

My father signed up over a week ago and STILL has not received any account information.

I'm NOT going to sit on hold for several hours to get cut off. And then call back to be put on hold several hours to be told, 'we are just busy, tough'.

I even signed up for the insulting 'priority' support. My two tickets have no replies after four days. It's a shame you have to extort the customers out of more money just to get reasonable support, and even then, can meet your end of the agreement.

I want a PM or phone call TODAY to resolve these issues or you can scratch off two more yearly subscriptions. I've been patient beyond reason here. This is your last chance to save my business.

So long Viatalk.

I really like Viatalk's feature set but the inability of the company to adapt to an influx of customers after several weeks is a big putoff.
