Do You Know what really sucks?

I try to call customer service, and I hold on.

I hold on for 2 hours and 38 minuets. :mad:

Finally someone picks up the phone and Hangs Up on me.

That's pretty bad, but you know

What Really Sucks is when it happens a Second Time. :mad:

Yep, in the weeks we spent trying to reach them I think we were able to speak to someone once (probably about 10 attempts to call though). And email is just as effective, no one ever answers back. Pretty pewy service.
Gave up, canceled tonight and signed up with someone else.
Just too frustrating to be mad at a phone service. What a waste of energy.

Feels really good to know we won't be sitting on VT hold anymore.
Best of luck to you. But if it gets your heart rate up consider that VT isn't that important. There are others.
