Well, I need some software for creating php software (online or offline programs).
My knowing of php is rudimentary..I know how "it works" , I can edit some php scirpts to suit my needs...on EXACT php code I am not so familiar...
Is there some php ide (Zend, Komodo, PHP Designer...etc) that can help me to finish my planned programs?
Are they making code or even with them I need to know coding?
I need some platform that will suite my needs, to finish my goals with as much help they can give me (primapry on making The Code) :P
