Long story short. I spoke with a Tech today named Ken on the phone he was super helpful. Although ultimately my problem was not resolved due to a possible provisioning issue beyond his control. I was very satisfied with the amount of time he spent trying to help me fix the issue. Ultimately they are sending me a new PAP2 device but thats cool. Thanks Ken you were very professional & knowledgeable.
