I dont think host12 went down at all... none of the monitors went off and ive been logged in for a few hours fine. We're doing the stuff right now, its gonna take a few hours to roll out.

Ok ill break down and tell you... it wasnt meant to big such a big deal! Were adding billing management functionality to your control panels so you can view past and future charge dates/amounts online, modify your billing info, contact info etc. We have also increased the plans by 100mb storage+ and 2gb transfer+

Yes, since the new Billing System is being installed, I would ASSUME that the Reseller thing should work soon, but I need confirmation on that from Brendan. He seems busy, so I'll wait until everything (Upgrades) is done.

Hello to all. Since this days here we are talking about upgrading I send a TT and I get this response:

I think current customers should definitely have their accounts upgraded to the new specifications. Having stuck with HR through all the ups and downs seen in the last few months, I would see it as a bit of a kick in the teeth. (Especially to those on host4!!).

I cant really complain yet though, so dont take this as one. I know the upgrade is not complete yet, so I am not assuming HR have decided not to upgrade plans. In fact, I am quite hopeful, because I know how decent and dedicated the people at HR really are.

We are most likely going to do it for everyone, its just a matter of physically doing it. We need to finish the first part of it before we start on that part of the upgrade.

I missed my computer and the internet, as I just got back for my first vacation in 5 months. Anyways, a lot more longer vacations are coming up, but I know most of you don't care. Anyway, I checked my CP, and I still don't see the billing thing in it. I cleared my cache, etc. How much longer for host.hrwebservices.net?

the only reason i care is because i was double billed recently and i have been wanting the billing history since... sort of like on the old host... how i would get email invoices... i think.

same here. my last few hosts use email invoice too. Actually i dun care about what format for the invoice (web-based, email or whatever). but there should always be at least a billing history. Looking forward for this new system.

I'm just asking because I'm about to upload some MP3's on my site, and in addition to the large video files I have, I could really use the extra 100MB of storage....
