Today I spent one hour on the phone(1-866-626-7150) resolve all issues and initially my caller number was 7, then it moved up to 2 and moved to top to next on the line to talk someone but after less than a minute again I moved back to 2 and I waited to reach caller number 1 to next on the line and again pushed back to caller number 7 and then waited to reach to caller number 1.
I waited like this for more than hour(1:12:09) and finally I have been kept on called number 2 forever
I felt that Via talk are really making fun of customers like me
