FEEDBACK - Is anyone out there?

Is anyone LISTENING? You know I saw very few good feedbacks in this forum. There's been some suggestions and a lot of complaints. Funny how the complaints are about the same thing. Takes a long time to setup and customer service. Question is when will VT start doing something about it? I like the features that VT has, but man I can't even get service in a timely manner and forget trying to call them. And opening tickets can sometimes be a waste of time. Okay, well maybe I got a bit faster response 5 months ago, but every time I called I got a different excuse or reason why my order hasn't been processed yet. And then when I cancel, then they'll process it. I really hope VT fixes things. Maybe when I start seeing more positive feedback I'll consider giving them a third chance.

And it sounded pretty sweet after waiting for service from VT.
VT was a bad experience for us, hope you can get through. We waited a long time and then had to give up. No help from VT in sight.

But they aren't in the picture at all now.
