Right now I can't make an outgoing call. Every attempt is greeted with a fast busy signal. VTCS says change the dial plan. I finally discover that you can only change the dial plan thru telnet. Successfully did that with no change in service - still get the fast busy.
The original SR dial plan was:
911|611|411|311|0.T|[2-9]XXXXXX.T|[2-9]XXXXXX.#|1[2-9]XXXXXXXXX|011X.T|011X.#|*6X.T|*00|*0X|*1X|*20|*82
The plan recommended by VT for the Innomedia was:
(>#|*xx|*xxxxxxxxx|*xxxxxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|x.T)
If you have a working Innomedia 6328-2Re, please post your dial plan. You can find in under the web interface under "VoIP", "Config File", "Download". It should be the 8th line titled "VoIP_Digit_Map_String". Also post your Image Version - it's under "Information" in the web interface. I upgraded to 3.0.77 right before this started.
I've got a ticket open on this - not hopeful tho'.
I am an EX-SR. Have a Gizmo MTA 6328-2Re. I am not sure what my SR dial plan was......but this is what has been working for me since last Saturday- my call quality is great and no problems with dropped calls or not being able to dial out.
line 8 is>> VoIP_Digit_Map_String="911|611|411|311|0.T|[2-9]XXXXXX.T|[2-9]XXXXXX.#|1[2-9]XXXXXXXXX|011X.T|011X.#|*6X.T|*00|*0X|*1X|*20|*82"
Hope this helps....it looks like it is the same as the one VT suggested. I too am using 3.0.77......too many problems with 3.0.79 per SR forums and DSLreports......SR reverted back to 3.0.77.
I follow the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" rule.
Now, if I could just get an acknowledgement that my # porting paperwork arrived at VT HQ I would be a happy camper. As it stands, I have emailed, supported ticketed, and faxed to no avail.

Thanks, that does help. Actually, that's the same as the original SR dial plan that was in my gizmo. I think that VT is throwing me a red herring - don't believe that the dial plan is the problem.
I just placed an order with voxilla for a PAP2T-NA - gonna' toss this Innomedia piece of ....

More data - my Uniden TRU8885 phone(which I've had over two years and always worked flawlessly with SR) will work occasionally if I dial slowly using the keypad. Using speeddial never works - so I'm guessing it's a problem with the gizmo passing the DTMF tones. I've got an older Sony 900mhz phone that I pulled off the shelf and connected - works 90% of the time.
I'm still thinking the gizmo is the problem...

If you are going to modify your dialplan on innomedia keep these things in mind:
0-9 are digits
* and # are considered LETTERS and cannot be used as digits
x is any single digit
. is any series of digits
T or t are TIMERS for a 4 sec pause (should be used instead of S0), ie 011T or 011x.T
do not include <> or () in your string <> are not legal and () should be put there by the device automatically, ie if your string is "911" the device will see (911)

Edit:
(>#|*xx|*xxxxxxxxx|*xxxxxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|x.T)
Is recommended for AC-211 not innomedia

Thank you - that confirms my suspicions. I've already reverted back to the original SR dial plan.

I'm able to send and receive calls with the dial plan that was already in my gizmo (innomedia). The only thing I can't do is dial *123 to get into voicemail. It'd be great if someone knows how to fix that.
