how long to get hooked up???

Ordered service on 7/22/07 --- Still has not billed or had equipment shipped. Understand that ex-Sunrocket customers are impacting things (I am one). Is this typical?

I signed up on 7/16/2007 when the SR work really got out. The order was accepted the next day but was not processed until 7/20/2007, the gizmo was shipped on 7/28 and I received it today 8/1. I would expect it will take another week before you see the gizmo.

Ordered on 7/10 and still no response whatsoever.

Man I just gave up and cancelled. 12 days of nothing... couldn't get through on the phone and opening tickets didn't help. When I did cancel then they started processing. So much for 3-5 days. Funny thing is this was the same response I got from them 5 months ago. Oh well I guess. Good Luck!

Be glad it hasn't billed, there's still time to get out.
We canceled. The CS was just too poor with VT for us. Set up new service tonight and even called their CS to be sure it works. What a difference.
