Is hostrocket Dead?

I have a hosting on host rocket, Rocket freedom package. But,from last few days,I can't create any account from my WHM. I call on host rocket number,its received auto reply.I mailed host rocket.already more than 24 hours pass.I didn't get any reply.
Is really host rocket support stuff dead?
