I have had issues at the get go trying to get a simple BYOD setup. Oh and the Kicker is they are still advertising the $199 for 2 years all over the internet.:suspect: Your best Bet since they only have 6 people on staff is to call your credit card and tell them not to honor any charges for viatalk or hostrocket and find a new provider there are some better ones out there that answer the phone in a matter of 10 callers not 2-3hrs and 100+ callers anytime of the day. WTF. I am giving up on them and moving all of my 11 lines to another carrier. Hay its 10pm est and I have been on hold for 2.5hrs just to talk to someone Wow I am caller #89....

Oh go ahead and try to submit a ticket.... over 4 weeks with no reply and have submitted tickets every week with different question and email addresses. Still nothing just an auto pilot

I guess via talk is still a beta release.

And Packet 8 is just as bad as vonage
