Every time I call there are 50 people in line in front of me.

I signed up last year for the 12 mos ($199) yr plan. I then ported a number over from my old provider. My account shows two numbers, the original at $199/yr and the ported at $20/mo. I only have the one line/number/account though.

Well, today was renewal day, and I was charged $240, not $199, but I can't get through to get someone from billing to help me out.

240.00 is the correct renewal amount.

199.99 was a promotional amount available one time to new subscribers only.
