I signed up over a week ago. My order still is not completed.
Absolutely zero support. I just spent 30 mins on hold only to be discounted after waiting all that time. I have submitted several support tickets which have gotten no response.

I signed up over 2 weeks ago and not a peep.
I submittied a ticket and no response to that either.
This company looks like BS. Glad i find out now and not when I get into a contract.

I get all my questions answered in 24 hours with Priority Support. Yes it costs $2/mo, but Priority Mail costs more, too.

Wow, I've been receiving forwarded calls on my forwarding SR number while waiting for the port to finish on my old SR ATA since 7/19 after singing up for BYOD plan on 7/17. Yeah I guess you're 100% correct. Everyone should stay away from VT - it's their fault they have to hire people to handle the overwhelming influx of SR refugees. I love being able to make a call while my daughter talks to her friends on my 2nd line...does your virtual number do that for you? I didn't think so.
