View Full Version : Documentations required for Sunrocket Contract Buyout

Does anyone know what documentations are required for Sunrocket documentation buyout?

I had the 2 years plan from Sunrocket purchased a year ago. Sunrocket deleted all the old invoice off their website, so all I could get ahold of at the time is a printout from the page showing my plan type (with start date and duration of plan included on page) as well as a page showing my member profile. Is that sufficient? Or do I need the very first invoice from a year ago?

I tried opening a claim ticket but no response so far. Due to Viatalk's stingy cancellation terms, I plan to cancel if I can't get a response out of Viatalk by Monday when my trial expires. :(

Anyone one else tried and know the documentation requirements?

Ok, good. Got through after nearly two hrs wait at billing. They added mine, though the person on the phone seemed to have a bit of trouble with looking at zip files. (I zipped two images in a zip, he keeps claiming he could only see one of them. So I had to repost with a single file in the zip this time.)


The Plan Information page off Sunrocket was good enough for him. Yay :)
