I ordered the BYOD with the contract buyout since you wouldn't offer me the 2 year special what ever. my gripe is It has been over a week. I have Not Been billed NOTHING just A Order placed status I understand that you have a ton of customers now. I have submitted support tickets 3 different times and I get no reply at all. Since I am getting a BYOD plan you would think I could get installed Quicker than people who need to get there ATAs shipped out. I don't send me the config file or instructions. I may be forced to cancel and find another provider like a lot of other customers. This is Via Talks time to Shine over the other competitors and dead ones. I can see that customer retention might not be a matter of importance. I have 6 lines I need to place with someone Packet8 I was up the next day no problem and VOIP <dot> com same day also.
Give me some resolution or I will switch away from you guys and never look back.
