Wow, this is really discouraging seeing these long wait times and lack of service response. Is this really a company I should be dealing with? I suppose there are those out there that get their service turned up quickly, but I see a lot with wait times closer to weeks not days. Is vtjosh the only one responding. Kudos to Josh, but man where is his support? What's the deal viatalk? BTW, this is the second time trying to sign up. The first time took two weeks for activation and I cancelled it after the first week so I had to wait for them to refund me my money.

I cancelled the account because I could not get through to their cs or tech dept after 3 hours I get a message saying they are unavailable after waiting through the whole waiting in line thing. Okay, I'm exaggerating, it was only 2 and a half hours. I tried to get to them through two different numbers using different options. I finally had enough and opened a ticket to cancel. I sent one to billing and one to sales. Hopefully one of them will process it. Turns out instead they processed my order the next day and billed me. How about them beans... Then two days letter they said they will refund the money that they charged.

I ordered packet8 while waiting 2 hours on the phone. Got an immediate invoice stating exactly what I ordered and how much I was charged and my userid and password was working right away. next day (I placed the order at 10:30pm) the adapter was shipped 2day fedex for 12.95. No rush order processing necessary. They also get started at porting my number.

I really wanted to give viatalk a chance, but 12 days and still not up and running versus 3 days and working...
