Ok, so I signed up for the monthly plan, and therefore did not get the 2 lines. What do I have to do to get 2 numbers, and what will it cost?

I may have to take my business elsewhere. :mad: :confused:

You get two lines .. but only one number .. assuming that you use the ViaTalk adapter ... If you sign up for BYOD I dont think that feature is enabled just yet.

You can get a second number for $4 (i think) per month .... or you can get a grand central number and forward that to your adapter.

Its all made very clear on the website how it works .. but you don't give any details about what exactly you signed up for and what equipment you are using - so its difficult to tell you what you should be getting.
