Has anyone received their buy out credit yet? I submitted a ticket to billing on Friday morning and I still have not had any contact from them. I know that they are extremely busy for the past week or so, but maybe an email saying that they are working on it would be nice.

It might take a few days with all of the billing tickets we've gotten regarding this, but I assure you that we will honor this for anyone who signed up for the buyout promo.

Jul 19, 2007 5:21 PM - Low priority ticket submitted for credit.
Not had anything at all back from them about this one yet, I'm guessing they are making new accounts/number porting/shipping ata's priority right now.

As you said though - might be a nice touch if they could automatically send anyone that has had a ticket in queue for more than 72 hours a "Thanks for your patience" email.

Can't be that difficult to setup can it ?

I thought I read on the VT site that the buyout request tickets were being handled in "off hours". Which, to me, means several weeks from now. They must be swamped with orders backlogged for many days, at least. I have had no reply to three tickets opened the middle of last week. Anyway, we get a credit posted to our account when it is all said and done, right? So we really don't access the bucks until we have another paying invoice. For annual contracts, that is next year.
