I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I got an E-mail from HostRocket (Ticket) and it said:
Hi,
You can do it through an ftp client or use our file manager included with your control panel.

Now, how do I access the File Manager and Control Pannel?
I haven't registered yet cause I wasn't sure if I had to use an FTP account or could I use something else. Now I want to know how to access the thing.
Thankyou

Anjay,
Your post isn't entirely clear on what you are trying to do that HR is saying can be done with ftp or File Manager. I am assuming you are asking about how to upload files. If I am mistaken, I apologize to all of HR for wasting bandwidth. You can stop reading now. :)
When you sign up for an account with HR and have it set up, you will be able to access your control panel at http://yourdomain.com:2082. It will ask you for your user name and password which will be set up as part of the sign-up process. This control panel is where you will be able to make changes to your account.
One of the useful features found on the control panel is the File Manager. With it, you can access all folders in your account, set up new folders, view & edit files, create new files, and upload existing files from your computer.
So, if the files for your website are on your computer, it is possible to upload the entire website using the file manager. However, if you have a large site or a large number of files, it would be easier to use a different means of uploading.
Personally, if I am uploading a bunch of stuff at once, I use the Windows Publishing Wizard. If I am just uploading one or two things, I often use the File Manager in the control panel. I don't use FTP because (like a weenie) I haven't figured out how to connect properly to the public_html folder and am too embarrasssed to ask publicly.
Hope this helps!

Yeah!
Thanks!
That helps perfectly!
If I don't know how to do something and i'm embarresed I ask one of my friends, he's real good with all the HTML and all the things that helps it. And he uses FTP alot.
If you want I can give you his E-mail.
Cause the reason why I don't want to use FTP is because 3 people (myself and two others) are making a site. And if we uploaded something and deleted the other persons stuff by accident it wouldn't be very good. So I'm trying to find something that there is a very small chance of us deleting something!
And we used to have our site on Angelfire cause there File Manager you could use instead of FTP so there was an extremely small chance of something getting deleted.

You can also create additional FTP accounts to ensure that people who upload to your site are constrained to a single directory.
