I signed up late on the 16th. I am still in "order placed". When I placed the order, I paid for "rush" and 3-day shipping. I have also received an email for a utility bill and emailed in a pdf that ended up opening a "ticket", which is still open. This is frustrating and I feel like my order is just "lost". I hope I don't have to pay for the rush and speed shipping, since I don't seem to be getting anything for that money.

I have been on hold from #115 to #45 and the call dropped.
I have been on hold from #80 to #15 and had to hang up because I ran out of time.
I have been on hold from #80 down to #13 and the call dropped.

What can I do? Can someone help?

How can I expect good customer support and my bill to ever be right with how things are going now?
