How do I port multiple numbers from Sunrocket to VT?

Got my welcome letter around noon today. Thank you!

I currently have 4 numbers with SR and want to port 3 of them. I printed the VOA and it doesn't have a provision to note multiple numbers to port.

Has anyone ever gone through this?

I just filled out a separate sheet for each and marked "Primary" or "Virtual" and then made sure that I linked the pages all to one transfer (in marks in the page corner) .

I don't know if that will work or even if it is appropriate. I guess I'll find out in a few days when I get the Response to my LOAs.

As I was putting together the LOA's for porting my 3 numbers, I received a response from Jodi in support:

Please submit a separate LOA for each number. The "Account Overview" and "My Phone Numbers" pages from Sunrocket will list all 3 numbers.

Forward all documentation to us and we will process your request as soon as possible.

I guess that answers it! I submitted 3 LOA letters along with my supporting documentation from the old Sunrocket account and tied them all up in a single PDF document and emailed it to them.
