Hmm. This is a little disconcerting. There was a 6 page thread here last night generally listing folks progress in signing up and it's gone this morning. Your board, but I hate that kind of moderation.
Regardless, let me begin again as I have progress to report.
Order Status :
a) for regular non-rush sign-up (I didn't pay extra)
b) for regualr non-express shipping (I didn't pay extra)
Order Placed 2007-07-16 23:05:37
Invoice Billed 2007-07-21 05:16:40
Number Acquired 2007-07-21 05:16:56
Order NOT Shipped
I did get an email regarding being billed but it did not contain any technical information like my new phone number. Is this consistent with everyone elses experience? When do I get my new phone number?
If you post make sure you include a) and b) above so we're comparing apples to apples. If the thread survives.

Well that other thread reappeared. I guess it was the server upgrade. I did notice some weirdness when I was posting this morning.
Invoice billed 5AM this morning but still no configuration email. Anyone else still waiting?

I was able to find my number by clicking here -->http://support.viatalk.com/billing/ and selecting "forgot your password". When you enter the email account that you signed up with, you will be emailed your user name (your new telephone number) and your account password.

Hi, Corvette!
If you follow H2oSprayer's good advice, please note that the web password in that email isn't the same as the SIP password that you'll enter along with your new phone number. You can see that by entering the Control Panel, select SoftPhone Config, and display the Generic configuration. That'll give you what you need (along with selecting one of VT's SIP servers that's nearest to you).
Cheers!

Hi, Corvette!
Ignore the server listed there. Try this:

Have Fun!

Hi, Corvette!
Oops - if there isn't a password there yet, then VT's not quite finished provisioning your account. Keep your eyes peeled - it should show up soon.
Cheers!
