I have one outstanding issue, but I'm going to leave it alone for a few weeks since its not urgent and CS is very busy, my "Next due" billing date is showing 3 months free, not 12, which is what I signed up for on Friday.
And that's fixed now too!

Welcome back tadowguy.
I completely understand the "needing to know whats going on" with us SR "refugees"
I signed up with BYOD. I finished provisioning my Innomedia Gizmo last night. Very nice works great.
I have to admit that I called VT CS and hung on till I talked with a person. much more comforting.

Well, after discussing the situation with my wife (who is much more relaxed than my ADHD, no patience self), I am staying with VT. I did actually get my number late this afternoon and hope to see my device early next week.
In other news, Packet8 cannot even find my order because it hasn't even been "entered into the system" yet. Oddly enough, the CS reps cannot lookup an order until "its in the system", so I guess someone is transcribing orders up there on pen and paper or something. (I did hear about this cool thing called ETHERNETS which you can use to connect two computer systems together with, maybe they'll use that someday?) Anyway, I also figure that this means my promised 7/20 (tomorrow) device arrival ain't happening.
