Due to the recent developments with SR I understand the long wait time when calling to ask questions, but to be extremely rude to a potential customer? It's not like Viatalk is offering anything differently then it's VOIP competitors. I am a SR customer who placed an order with VT yesterday during the 6 month credit promo. I was calling to find out more specifics regarding what's needed to obtain the credit, as well as how long it would take for my order to process, and the person I was speaking with caught such an attitude with me, I canceled my order and requested to speak with his supervisor. He canceled my order, so he stated, but he then quickly hung up on me. I look at this way, VT lost a customer and Packet8 gained one. Funny thing is, I have 2 separate lines with SR and now I'm porting both over to P8. Hope managment see's this post and corrects the issue. Sorry VT Good luck and goodbye.
