I have a cordless phone connected to ViaTalk and it won't ring. I also have a regular phone connected that I planto remove if I can get my cordless to ring. What do I do?

Are you using the PAP2 or a linksys product?
Is so set the ring voltage to 75, and waveform to trapezoid. Both can be found on the regional tab if you have admin access. If you don't have Access, call VT.
