Where are instructions for setup?
How do I change my order as I ordered the box but now found out about BYOB?

I'm currently on hold for tech support. However, this is ridiculous. WHY can't they just show screen shots for this adapter and instruct us exactly where to enter the info they sent in order to get the BYOD up and running? The info sent in the welcome email was not enough to help me get my adapter properly configured.
Seems a no-brainer to me...they would drastically slash the number of support calls if they created clear instructions for configuring ea. device for ViaTalk.
