I signed up and paid for 'expedited' service. Got an email from them with a link to my order. The only check is at order received. The same day as I did VT a friend signed up with Voip.com. Today he received his 'gizmo' and temporary phone number while his old number is ported.
I am trying to contact VT and have been on hold for ONE HOUR AND 9 MINUTES and am number 27 in queue!!
This doesn't appear to be a company I want to deal with!!!!!!!!!!

Helpful link for the SR folks that have questions regarding ordering with VT. Be patient guys even the websites are slow when loading. Every thing is getting hit hard on VTs side.

Be prepared for a long wait. I ordered service 2 days ago and still have only an email to verify my order. When I go to the link "track the progress of your order here", It shows that the order was placed, No Invoice, No Number, NO ship info.
Progress, what progress??
I also placed a request for info with the Support Team, also no response. My order may be lost...who knows??

1stlink, if you can view your order status that means your order is in our system. As it progresses, we do actually send out emails to your email on file. The order progress page is mainly a backup in case people do not receive the emails. The next email you will receive should be an invoice, and then you will get one more after that which will be your welcome letter which includes all your login information. At this point your adapter ships the same day or next day (depending on when you get the welcome letter during the shipping day). I hope this clears everything up.

Progress, I got invoiced and also have a number...Things are looking up. I anxiously await the "Welcome Letter" and more importantly service. Fortunately I have gotten temporary VOIP service with a competitor that helped unlock my SR GIZMO, so the panic is off. Of course paying SR, VT and N all for the same service is a bit ludicrous. Now I have to figure out how much money I'm saving. :D:D

Thanks Allan I just signed up and was a sunrocket cust. with only 2 months out of a 12 month contract used. If anyone paid in advance like I did by credit card you may want to contact your bank and put in a claim as I did and they say that they will go after the other visa co from sr and I should see a $210. credit in my account in about 10 days. Hope this will help someone!

Rush and BYOD orders of course come first as they are expedited orders. After that, standard orders. It's a first placed, first completed system as expected. Invoicing is not the completion step, but if you ordered Monday with expedited shipping, I certainly don't mind making sure everything is ok with your order. PM me your full name and address you signed up with.
