Host 12 is being restarted right now, it got messed up during a very qucik network problem at VDI. It should be back up soon. This affects people on host13 as well as host12 is the DNS server for 13.

Host12 still down!
How come when VDI has a network problem, it only affects Host 12 and not the others? This is the 2nd time Host 12 went down this week. Can I request that we be move to a more stable server?

The clock is right, you set what time zone you are in, and it changes according to your preference. You can transfer by goign to HostRocket.com/transfer

Kyle,
Which Host/Server in your opinion is the most reliable? You seem to be one of the most knowledgeable person on HR.
I can transfer to any host I want?

Thank you for the comment.
I am personally on host.hrwebservices.net , but they ar eno longer accepting any more websites on this server. I have only been on 2 hosts myself, but I have heard good things about host3. I can't tell you a definite answer, because I have only been on 2 different servers at HostRocket. I am not sure about transfering. You have to send in a trouble ticket for that. I think they choose, whichever server is less full, but you will have to ask them that, as I don't work there. Hope that helps... :)

Alas, it's been impossible to get any work done tonight if you're on host12. Not good. :(
dispite of great features, i find hostrocket's servers down so often. Lots of time only for few minutes which is still tolerable, but sometimes it just down so long that so annoying.
i just curious how many clients you have on each servers?
and what the mod_bwlimited/0.8 means?
I asked about this long time ago without any response to it.
Thanks.

ALl I can say to you is send in a trouble ticket, and ask to be moved, or find out if it will stop. You can change servers, as I don't experience too much downtime.

We have tracked down the clown who was dogging down this server, it should be good from now on. We are still monitoring it extra closely just in case.

Just FYI host12 is a dual 850 with 768 ram and scsi disks, and has around 250 users on it. Its certainly not overloaded by any means. The user in question was using multiples of everyone else on the server combined, resource wise.

So the problem isn't VDI after all...

The original reboot the other day was related to a VDI issue, the subsequent ones were not.
