sql injection attack

Hi all,

last night one of my two forums was hacked with a "sql injection attack".
One table (phpbb_config) of phpBB database has been changed by hackers and the content of one record (sitename) had been edited from original content into "<meta http-equiv=refresh
content=1;URL=http://webological.com/db>"
I am running anyway update software:

eXtreme Styles mod Mod 2.4.0 You are using the latest
version. [info]
